Few have smart error (possibly due to my cable issue) but non-critical and fully functional. Used with SAS to SATA controller, it's working great. This is 2nd purchase as I had good experience with 1st purchase. Very well packaged, feels "like new" condition. Highly recommend this seller & products.

Return was an easy process and no problem getting a refund for the 'problem' item. 'Good' item was scanned relentlessly and held up perfectly fine. Likely to roll the dice again for the DOA replacement.

They shipped promptly but there was a delay in transit and they opened a case and it showed up a day or two later. They were very prompt with their response and helpful with handling the delay which was not their fault. The product matched the description and I would purchase again in the future.

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected.
