Sorry it happened but we did everything right. Then you just started making loads of new complaints and tried to make a huge deal of a broken case which can be easily replaced. We offered you a £2 refund but no deal, you just screamed are we joking?. We packed it well in a box and you didn't even show the packaging so you probably broke the box yourself just to try to extort an unrealistic amount of money out of us. Never again!

Unfortunately shipping from UK to Europe took 17 days and 24 GBP.
