I did have to pay for the return but it was my fault..so hint always re check. As soon as they received it back , took a few days but they refunded my money back so good outcome.. Item was despatched the first weekday after I ordered it and delivery was well within the range specified, and was probably as fast as you could expect Australian Mail to deliver. This seller had the best price I was able to find, with free shipping.
