He faked a delivery conformation less than a week after we ordered it. It was coming from Viet Nam and stated it would take about a month, but the price was very low. When we contacted him he asked for more time to get it to us. I messaged him 4 more times, but he was having trouble w/shipping. Until the Ebay guarantee (21 days) ran out. So we got scammed and ebay refused to help.

Unfortunately the pan itself arrived damaged. It was dented but not from shipping. It was a manufacturing defect that should have been caught by the manufacturer. I can't blame the seller for that and the seller did provide a full refund.
