The seller communicated with me a couple of times. First making me aware of similar items that were in stock, the seller was polite and informative but not at all pushy. Secondly the seller contacted me on dispatch to make me aware of some of peculiarities of Australia's postal system so I didn't stress out about not being able to see some information at first, this was appreciated.

The book was packaged well and is in good condition. The price was reasonable too compared to other sellers. Thank you. The appearance is exactly as advertised.
