She loves it and I know with a teenage son, it will be used a lot! It's a nice size for a small family such as she and her son are, It doesn't take a lot of valuable counter space and uses so much less oil than other fryers. The temp settings are so nice!

Unfortunately upon arrival, one of the pieces was damaged, and it was missing the steam mop pads. Seller offered a 50% refund for me to just keep the product which I accepted, I can use some of that to buy the pads and see if the supplier can send me a new piece that broke.
