Leaving it wrinkled and a pancake. I will buy a new insert and get it looking good. It came fast and it beautiful just like big fluffy pillows that have shape. I purchased not one, two, or three but four William Morris tapestry pillows! They are each beautiful in their own way and yet work perfectly with each other. Personally, my new furniture is green leather, a saturated rich green. These pillows will truly work with any solid color, however I must say they look like they were made for just me. All four are different scenes! Boring-NOT, pieces to talk about-DEFINITELY!
