I was so confused so I went to the post office and they explained that this company uses 3rd party to send and they steal the money given and put fraudulent postage on package. I am very upset about this...I feel I am owed back the $7.50 in addition to already payed for item!!! Please be careful if you are considering purchasing from this company..YOU may end up paying the shipping!

I contacted the seller who informed me they did not have a replacement in stock and offered a full refund if I returned the item or would offer me a partial refund to cover the damaged screen protector. I chose the partial refund and the seller has credited me a reasonable partial credit. I am pleased with the great customer service I received and recommend this seller.
