I paid for this order on May 28th, however it did not ship until June 18th. 21 days after the purchase. I have no idea of why there was such a huge delay. Having said that, the seller is an excellent communicator, and responded to my messages expeditiously. The shoes are exactly the same color as pictured. This jacket was NOT a real fox fur, it was a FAUX fur, and they sent a different color after I asked for confirmation because the shipping details said a different color. They lied and theysent me a coat that looks nothing like the photo and only wanted to offer me 50% return. This is deception and a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves for being a shady business!

My only issue was three pair of shoes were crammed into one shoe box so they got misshapen during the long delivery.
