Not painted red; the metal is clear coated for rust protection. They are heat treated and produced in India. So the ledger should last as long as OEM. Time will tell how they work/wear? Have not installed them; that will happen next spring when we make hay again. Need to get sickle sections and hold-downs yet. These should more than do the job!

It was basically an exact match to the original Kabota seat except the arm rests are a little thicker. Would not of known this except I had a set of seat and arm rest covers for the old seat and the arm rest covers had to be modified to fit. The seat came in a big double wall box packaged well. Item was shipped very quickly and had great communication.Transaction was Positive all the way around
