Item came packaged extremely safely, and in a hard protective cover as well, which is so super nice, I have never seen that before and I feel like that was the nicest touch to the order, as I knew it would keep it safe from any postal damage that could possibly happen! Sad, but this is the risk I guess. Definitely disappointed but I don’t think the seller is to blame.
