Initial product did not arrive (no fault of the seller, tracking info was given it’s total mails issue) seller messaged me checking if it had arrived and when it didn’t seller was prompt offering a replacement or refund. There wasn’t an out her product the same in stock so seller shipped a better (padded) noseband! Will defo use seller again! 10/10 x
