I was told to send pictures of what was missing when I don’t have the item. I then was told they were out of the components and I’ve never heard from them again. I spent over 200$ on three chairs from this company to get one with a bent arm, in which I haven’t complained about as I’m waiting for the rest of the components, and missing parts for another. Do not purchase from them.
