Reiterated telling the truth asked why more than 30 days to ship and let them know this wasn't leap year and there was no Feb 29th. No response.

On top of that the bag I received turned out to be WAY nicer than I ever expected considering the great price. My friend loves it, and I love the way this seller took care of me. So much so that I'm literally about to buy more of their items right now just to show my appreciation. 5⭐'s? YES- but only because I can't give them 50 ⭐'s ! THANK YOU!!

I told the seller it was not their fault and I would wait patiently for the package to arrive as it is still in the USPS system. They waited a few more days and apologized and refunded my money, even though I said wait another week. You can certainly trust this seller.

When I messaged them about not receiving my item they answered me within 12 hrs. Once I received it I was very impressed with the quality. Great customer service and quality products. I will be ordering from them again.
