I contacted the seller and they were fantastic - responsive and got me a replacement part within 5 days. I can really trust them. Product is OEM without the packaging. All components are in great condition and new. Great value for money. Highly recommend buying from them. Shipping to the uk was super quick within 7 days, arriving on a weekend. A++++
