The rug was to big for where I wanted it to go, I then had the hassle of contacting the company several times and had to return the rug that I didn't order. I did get a refund but if the company had contacted me before sending the incorrect size, I would have said no and had a refund (quicker) and not had the hassle of sending the incorrect rug back.
