Item was despatched the first weekday after I ordered it and delivery was well within the range specified, and was probably as fast as you could expect Australian Mail to deliver. This seller had the best price I was able to find, with free shipping.

When I notified the seller of my mistake, they were very understanding and once I organised the return of the watchband, the seller quickly posted the correct replacement band. The seller was professional, courteous and understanding and a pleasure to deal with. The watchband is very good quality and arrived very quickly. I would be happy to buy from this seller again.
