I wrote to specify that the package be delivered to the rear entry of my bldg (otherwise I never get it). I immediately get an email saying "No problem!" A few days later I receive the package at my door. On the address label I see "REAR ENTRY!" written in bold ink pen. The guy took me seriously. I would happily pay extra money to do business with people who believe in old school customer service like this! Recommended x1000
