Need to remove front sticker to expose the Sony label. Follow TV prompts to pear new remote to the TV. Then you’re good to go.  Yes, I recommend this product

Exactly as described. However, I am disappointed in the packaging. All that protected the remote was a plastic sleeve inside another plastic sleeve inside a plastic shipping envelope (see picture). Still it arrived undamaged and in perfect working order, so maybe the seller knows more about shipping than me.
