I noticed the day after they were due to arrive that they hadn't even left the UK yet and contacted the seller, who responded immediately with an apology and got a pair sent to me within a week, much appreciated. The fit is ever so slightly big on me compared to other size 36 Irregular Choice heels that I have, but the box and shoes are brand new so my feet may be shrinking!
