The USPS mailer arrived severely damaged and was torn nearly in half (assuming this was through no fault of the seller). I recorded opening the package as a precaution. Fortunately, the seller had enough interior packaging to protect the book itself, so the item was undamaged and as described. A pity, and extremely disappointing that a vintage item in such good condition was damaged on its last journey because of the lack of care taken in packaging it, and given the high $28 USPS shipping cost. I sent this to you two months ago so I can't remember all of the details in packing this but as a collector myself I always strive to pack the items with care and to avoid any issues in transit. This was an international transaction so the item is sent to eBay's shipping hub where they will open and repack the item. This could be where the problem occurred.
