I thought that for a $60 some dollar necklace the seller would offer to at least send a new clasp... I have him almost two weeks sending him messages almost everyday and never heard from them... What a sorry way of handling business... I wish I would've paid with PayPal but sadly it went directly to my credit card... I wish they had the option of giving zero star... Oh well, we live and we learn...Beware
