The sofa support is in use and seems to be doing its job - there is a definite difference in the comfort/support of our 3-seater. This is a repeat order as the first one got lost in the post - seller had excellent communication and was quick to refund. I am more than happy to recommend seller and would buy from again. Thank you very much.
