When trying to call this phone from another, it always went straight to voicemail without ringing, even though I was only 1/4 mile from a tower. I reported this to the seller, and was promptly offered a refund, with a prepaid return. I really wish it had worked better.

I will give the benefit of the doubt and assume this was an honest mistake. Still a good deal and statisfied enough!
