Never seen instructions for holding the cylinder other than in a vice, drilled a dia 28mm hole in a piece of softwood with a zip bit, split it then clamped it in a vice. With a snug fitting spanner one end came undone with a nudge, the other with a sharp tap. Sorted!

Look forward to seeing what she eventually produces on the Chrono once the larger Air cylinder has arrived 400mm+ plus new polished barrel. Highly recommend seller and will use again for some more upgrades in future.
