The fact and case that the seller might have decided to get rid of it by listing it as new on ebay, then shipping it to me or the seller did not check and test the product which is even worst as this shows the level of bad service and quality delivery they intend to provide to their clients. Sent a message and still waiting for a response. I am so disappointed. That's such a loss of time

One email was within AI ute of ordering, the second & third were at 10 pm EST time. And finally, a fourth email. Apparently, they don't read their emails. Because they sent me "Prettyy Gurl" when it should have been "Pretty Gurl". Pretty should have only one "y". At this point, due to their failure to communicate with me, I am requesting a full refund.
