When plugged in it immediately worked although I had some issues with connection as this was a 2020 router not the 2016 router of my existing system. Once sorted the router easily connected and performed with no issues. The pice paid was good value for the product - I would but from Red_rock_UK1 again.

I believe that it was a returned purchase (i.e. used) and I had some problems with configuration - I was adding an extra wifi point to an existing mesh network and it initially wouldn't connect. However, I reset the unit to factory settings and it then worked fine. No issues at all with the seller.
