This led to problems retrieving my parcel, due to the Evri courier throwing it over the high,locked back door of the neighbours garden.

There was no clear info who the courier company the seller used. I found out it was the Fastway courier company that was dealing with the delivery. Delivery was attempted three times. The first time I was at work. The second time it was when I got out of apartment to sort out some chores and the third attempt was early in morning while I wasn’t home at that time.
