Lotte Berk was a dancer who famously produced a muscular frame after a car accident seemed to leave her incapacitated. Combining elements of dance, orthopedics, and yoga, the methods she used resulted in a program of ultimate body transformation. This instructional video teaches the basic essentials of Berk's specially created low-impact exercises that tone and condition muscles while burning off fat. Learn proper form and body alignment through a series of warm-up stretches and concentrated exercises that work the thighs, abdomen, and buttocks. One of four volumes in this series.
