Not the easiest to start and when I turned the switch to the off position in order to stop the machine nothing happened and the engine continued to run. The reason for this turned out to be one of the electrical torpedo connectors was not making contact, when the pushed together the engine stopped. The cabling does appear to be somewhat disorganised in relation to the rest of the machine. Overall the unit is substantial .

It coped admirable with the small branches and leaves. I had alder hedge trimmings to chop up. I had to leave out washers when bolting the engine to the chassis. I could not get the nut on the bolt with two washers and a cir clip. I had to replace the split pins as the ones supplied were not long enough.
