Like most, first time I put in, focus didn’t work but I removed and put is again and then everything goes fine, seems like for first use, it’s electronic needs reset. Cosmetic condition is better all I had to do is a lil clean up of front lens using microfiber cloth’s.. Shipping was slow even if it’s 2 days priority shipping .. Overall best value for money and I love its Bokah .

One email was within AI ute of ordering, the second & third were at 10 pm EST time. And finally, a fourth email. Apparently, they don't read their emails. Because they sent me "Prettyy Gurl" when it should have been "Pretty Gurl". Pretty should have only one "y". At this point, due to their failure to communicate with me, I am requesting a full refund.
