But I called Japan Post and they claimed that a shipping label was created but was never sent to the post office. Been in contact with the seller for over a month and after weeks he told me to cancel the order with "I changed my mind" as the reason. Which is odd. I even asked the seller to provide the package acceptance receipt, so that I can relay it to Japan Post but he just kept insisting the shipping label was the package acceptance receipt. The outer box was slightly damaged but definitely not a deal breaker for me. The seller is professional and ships very quickly. I recieved my item a week before it was estimated to arrive, so very fast delivery. I did get International shipping from Japan to the United States and there were no extra fees.
