After using for more than a week shoulder and neck pain have disappeared. The pillow is soft yet firm and holds its shape. The longer sides have different thickness so you can choose which side fits better.

No more tossing and turning or waking up with kinks in our necks. I was worried it might take awhile to get used to my new pillow but I immediately felt better and slept through the night! The pillows are built well, not spongy or flimsy. Love it and highly recommend this great product that's made in the USA!
