The pillows are built well, not spongy or flimsy. Love it and highly recommend this great product that's made in the USA!

My neck was broken some years ago, I dreaded going to sleep where I would scrunch up my pillow and try to hold it with my arms but the shape never held. Now I go to sleep, my neck is happy, my pillow keeps its shape and holds my neck. Great pillow, great invention!
