They were extremely well packaged, double boxed with foam ! Drives are in excellent shape with only 24 hr reported up time and power on 2 times (Using CrystalDiskInfo)! and as advertised. I was able to set them to 4kn format using Seagate's SeaChest. And now they are in my Synology NAS working great. Very happy with purchase and the company, will do business with them in the future !

So, I went for an order of 10 drives. They arrived in a timely manner. The packaging was amazing, and the drives looked new. Unfortunately, 3 out of the bunch did not pass the SMART test. I emailed the seller, and they worked with me to replace the three drives. Thank you, CJ, for making my purchase such a great experience.

They were very prompt with their response and helpful with handling the delay which was not their fault. The product matched the description and I would purchase again in the future.

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.
