We received the BN-Link remote control on 5/28/25 only to find it did not work after trouble shooting everything and much frustration. We discovered the battery was bad as it EXPIRED AUGUST 2022. Wow, almost 3 years since the expiration date. We had to buy a new battery which cost us $5.29 including tax. I feel we should have this amount credited back onto our credit card.

Only one was delivered damaged and the other is still missing in action I guess. Contacted the seller and they sent out a new order with UPS and arrived today in great shape. The seller took care of things and I will definitely use them again.

I contacted their customer service and described the problem. After a couple of email exchanges they stopped responding, so I canceled the order and requested a refund and prepaid return. No response. I have been a good repeat customer and have several of their products in use currently. But this has happened before. They can either ship the correct product or cancel the sale and credit my account.
