I received an older version of Railways of the World in a damaged box. When I contacted the seller about the game version and box damage he tried to blame the USPS which he used to ship the game (even opened up a claim in my name) however the shipping box was not damaged. He offered a minor refund - I refused. I did acknowledge the game that was shipped was different from shown and I apologized for the mistake. The offer I made you for the game you received was less than the market value. It has subsequently sold for more despite the damage. The game box was not damaged before being shipped. The USPS agreed and paid the claim that I opened with my own USPS account as the shipper.
