    I placed my order for a serpentine belt and didn't know it was vehicle specific and seller contacted me and explained that it all depends on vin#. To me that shows true character of a business because they could have just sent me what I ordered and it would have been my fault then I would have had to go through all the trouble of sending back. So you ask me how do I rate this seller? 10 stars all the way and Id recommend this seller to everyone I know.

    The belt is new, good quality, and a great price. It package is nice and the belt looks good. Shipping was a bit complicated but it was the post office’s fault for not delivering it to the correct address and we received it eventually from our neighbors. The seller even called me to make sure this was the correct belt that I needed!
