My one issue, or concern that comes to mind, is that the online description read Grade: A for overall condition, however, when the item was delivered its label read Grade: B. Overall very good, however it is stuff like what I mentioned that can no doubt work to turn off customers. Because what you want is fully correct communication of everything.

My item was half hanging out of box and I had to drive to a postal annex just to get it. Not a gripe against the seller, just frustrated from a buyer standpoint as UPS is terrible to deal with.
