    Laptop is just as described. Was a good value for my needs. Especially like having a lifetime office suite and not having to renew every year. Seller shipped fast and answered my question within a 24hour time frame. I would recommend this seller for future computer purchases.

    The computer arrived as described. My only concern is the way it was packaged for shipment. There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
