His responses were prompt and complete, including additional photos. Upon arrival, the map was exactly as described; no surprises. Packing was very secure and waterproof. Shipping, which the Seller paid for, was 5 working days slower than USPS's original notification -- with zero proactive interim communication from USPS during those 5 days. However, this was beyond the Seller's control.
