When I e-mailed seller, he responded promptly, explained how he was going to investigate the issue, and dispatched the item on the date he specified. Mistakes happen. What matters is how the person resolves it. I commend the seller for his prompt communication and effective efforts to resolve the delay. Trust this seller.

    The two Items were nicely packaged and came exactly as shown in the pictures. Despite the items not shipping for a few days, I didn't mind waiting, as long it was showing that it was on the way, and it was shipped fast once it was updated. As a sucker for Great Courses material regarding the Roman Empire, this was a great find since finding transcripts are hard to find, and I'm glad I was able to find and buy these. Good seller nonetheless.
