Seller communication was not so great unfortunately. Ordered on a Thursday evening before Memorial Day. Apparently the company was off Friday but didn't set any away time or have any messages stating it wouldn't ship Friday and it didn't end up shipping until the following Tuesday. This put us in a really bad situation because it was the only POS station in the store.

Their packaging seems iron clad, but the shipping company crushed the box and broke the screen anyway. The seller responded to me quickly and kindly, had me send photos of all the damage, and sent a new screen to me immediately. The screen works well and I will keep this seller as a top choice for my computer needs. Thank you again!
