Shipping was slightly delayed because they were waiting on a part for the machine, but customer support was extremely helpful and informed us of the situation. We eventually decided to return the machine. The return process was quick and easy. They refunded us about 1 day after they received the machine in the mail. Overall, they were helpful and understanding through the whole process.

I am leaving feedback early because I have no doubt Top Sewing will send as advertised. Reputible Seller! My experience has been stellar! They also package everything well, and the value is normally in competition with other Bernina Dealers or less.
