    Excellent seller. A beautiful collection of jewellery, and I ultimately decided on a gorgeous gold snake ring. The seller packed and posted my ring the same day. Sending the valuation by letter was a nice touch, and once the ring arrived I fell even more in love with it. Excellent value for money in my opinion, packaging was secure even after travelling to the other side of the world. The item is exactly as described, and obviously well cleaned and polished before selling. Thank you so much!

    On Receiving my items I had noticed my postage was more expensive for the seller than what I paid, so I would like to say a big thank you for that, and my items are always packaged well with extra extra fast postage.     After the purchase, the seller advised that the bangle had apparently become damaged beyond repair. The sale was therefore cancelled by the seller. A full and total refund of the purchase price and the postage amount was therefore given by the seller. It was disappointing not to receive the item, but under the circumstances, the seller was efficient and prompt and satisfactory in all dealings.
