The rug was to big for where I wanted it to go, I then had the hassle of contacting the company several times and had to return the rug that I didn't order. I did get a refund but if the company had contacted me before sending the incorrect size, I would have said no and had a refund (quicker) and not had the hassle of sending the incorrect rug back.

It was written on description that u have each carpet separately but you send the cut pieces and I am not satisfied with quality as well.. I want to send back and give me refund.

Will always use this seller. Well protected for despatch in its double skin protection plastic wrapping bags. Quality at its finest and excellent value for money..New condition is how you receive these rugs. 1000% recommend this seller. Thank you once again for a great service xx
