He responds to every request and answers every question. The package arrived safely in good condition. The DVD looks great, brand new. The video transfer quality is not high definition; colors and resolution are both muted. Subtitles are legible and easy to read. Unlike anime I’ve purchased from this brand the onscreen text is also translated. It’s a decent value although I’d prefer HD for big budget show like this.

It was like it was buffed so much that data was missing for the laser to capture. The picture quality varied often. There were tv logos popping up periodically a blurred square patch, a series logo showing all the time. Plus Korean characters scrolling across the top of the screen. It was copied off the TV. I had to wait a month for this.

Seller offered me a deal that I couldn't refuse. Which was to buy three more movies from the one I already purchased and he would expedite all four movies. Seller was true to their word. Communication was excellent. Items were well packaged and although I have not had a chance to watch them I'm hoping to do so tonight they looked exactly as seller described.
