In the small box there was 20 studs loosely placed in a thin bag.. There was a T-shirt stuffed in there & two oil seals that were being smashed against the metal parts. The seals were damaged and trash. I asked to return them and here are the pics you asked for. I don't want a refund, I tossed the parts and bought them locally. We are a small business and cannot afford to just refund orders without proof. This feedback does not reflect our customer service.
