I messaged the seller and she got back to me promptly about returning the thermostat and before I even had it packaged and sent back and new one was sitting on my porch. Would definitely recommend this seller, and thank you for making things right quickly. 👍

Luckily, this seller has the product I was looking for and accepted my offer. Item was wrapped extremely well and shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. It was a bit more expensive than direct, but as I said, it's hard to find and the seller accepted my offer which I found reasonable. This is a clean home spray fragrance, beautiful design, and I keep mine on my tray table. Thank you so much!!
