It looked great and received no damage during transit from Japan. I received it about a week before I had time to install and try it, once I did it worked properly right out of the box. Changing it out with the old one and setup were simple. It was a very good value for the money and allowed be to continue using my reliable T130 Designjet without having to replace it prematurely.

It was sent through DHL (But Argentine customs took almost 30 days to release the package). The import duties I paid were also lower than expected. The product arrived in perfect condition. It worked perfectly on my HP Designjet T120. Very happy with the purchase.
