It was packaged very well. Seller was very quick in response and communication. After we determined it was beyond repair the seller immediately refunded full amount + the shipping cost. I have to say the seller truly handled this with immediate action, and integrity. I will definitely look to them for future purchases. They are fast when it comes to shipping, item was shipped the very next day. They do great when it comes to packaging, everything was safely put in the shipping box to avoid damage. Only detraction was that the Postal service took the package on a grand tour of ND, visiting the same postal facility twice before eventually arriving. Not the Sellers fault, but the package certainly took a wild ride.
